Morning Glory (rau muống) is a semi-aquatic vegetable which is used across Vietnamese as well as Asian cuisine. It is both delicious and easy to cook, and packed with nutritional values such as vitamins C, B1 and B2, as well as containing minerals that are good for your eyes and anemia. Morning glory can be eaten in many ways, for example, sauteed with garlic, or in stir-fry with other vegetables.
